Martin says:
I’m 54 years young and I can do more with my body now than I could when I was in my twenties – I’m much stronger, fitter, very flexible and have limitless stamina and my mind is as sharp as a pin! But I wasn’t always like this; that’s where my bodyweight core conditioning exercises come into the picture; and this is just a bit of what you will be able to achieve by following my training systems.

A long time ago, when I was a young 12 year old ‘whipper snapper’ of a lad growing up in Sussex on the south coast of England, I had within me an intense desire to ACHIEVE great things in my life and since that day I’ve pushed the boundaries and trained my body and mind to be a pillar of strength, and to be fit, healthy, flexible and to have endless endurance. Not only that but I wanted to lead the way in personal training skills, excel in sports, martial arts and learn self defense against weapons, multiple attackers and to teach self defense and self protection skills to men, women and children and to be an elite soldier serving with the British Army.

Well, ‘How did you get on?’ I hear you ask, although you probably know the answer already!
I joined the Army at seventeen years of age and I don’t mind telling you IT WAS HARD – especially, as a kid I didn’t do any exercise, apart from walking my dog….and here I was at the start of my twenty year career in the thick of it with all of these battle fit soldiers with amazing fitness, core strength training and cardiovascular endurance and a ‘do or die’ attitude.
I had to be like them, so I rallied to the challenge and packed a lot of meat onto my ten a half stone skinny frame using unique military style exercises to transform me into the elite soldier and sportsman that I desperately wanted to be.
I trained at every opportunity using the methods I had been taught and I worked out when I was on leave at home, in the parks and in the gym. I turned my body and mind into supreme shape and I packed on thirteen stone of solid muscle – not bad for a six feet two inch tall shy, skinny kid from ‘average street!’
I Smashed Records in Sport and Gained High Ranking Promotions in the Army!
I couldn’t believe it – I smashed records (and opponents) in athletics, cross country, triathlon, boxing, swimming and martial arts. But I wasn’t satisfied with that so I volunteered to go on as many courses as I could including Selection – my goal or should I say mission was to get as qualified and as knowledgeable as I could in the British Army. This dedication resulted in me getting promoted to Lance Corporal, Corporal, Staff Sergeant, Warrant Officer and achieving qualifications as an Army physical fitness training instructor, Self Defense Pressure Points instructor, Unarmed Combat Instructor and many more….
I also discovered that I had a natural ability and instinct to instruct, teach, coach and inspire people to achieve their health, fitness and success goals.
I served with the Coldstream Guards, the Parachute Regiment, Royal Marines and 22 Special Air Service and traveled the world – I learned a huge amount about what the human body and mind was capable of doing; especially under pressure, about the beliefs and attitudes of people, strength and breathing training routines, unarmed combat, self defense and how to get soldiers battle fit, lose weight, get stronger, achieve total core bodyweight conditioning and how to make leaps and bounds in improving stretching and flexibility.
After 20 Years Army Service I Was a Civilian Again…
Fast forward to 1994 and I was due to leave my Army service behind and become a civilian again, after twenty years. The big question I had to ask myself was ‘What was I going to do now?’ What was my ‘second career’ going to be?
Well, it was crystal clear to me; my decision was based on my experience in the military and my sporting endeavours. I had achieved almost everything I had set my mind to – and I was on a roll in achieving major tournament success in martial arts.
This is what I did – I set up a covert surveillance and investigation company and at the same time I devised a cutting edge modern form of martial arts and self defense of which I was and still am very passionate about; you see, when you get people including kids telling me that they are being bullied and assaulted (some have got kneed or kicked in the testicles would you believe! That is when self defense is needed) I’m sure that if you are like me you would want to do something about it wouldn’t you? I decided that I wanted to help them and inspire them to walk with confidence and I vowed to help change their lives in a positive way and set them up for the future.

I reckon that I’m one of the few out there that is genuine about passing on vital, cutting edge training and success routines. I have done the ‘hard yards’ via a lifetime of experience. I know the secrets to what really WORKS for YOU.
