Martin Day was an instructor to Elite British Army, US & Canadian Forces, and Government agencies and is an expert in military combat training and he will show you these unique training methods in a straightforward, inspiring, safe and lead by example way. He knows how to get people from age 10) and any background in superb physical condition
Confidence & Self Esteem
Combat Fitness and Self Defence is located at Noosa Leisure Centre in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast and is a unique and dynamic fitness training system that is guaranteed to get you in superb fighting fit shape. This system of military training will also give you the confidence and skills in knowing how to protect and defend yourself, your family and your friends from a verbal or physical attack; even if the attacker or attackers are using weapons like knives, baseball bats, iron bars or similar.
Highly Qualified Instruction
All classes are taught by Martin Day assisted by Patricia Fast 4th Dan Karate Black Belt. Martin spent twenty years in the British Army as a senior instructor including time with Special Forces. He is a world class Army physical training, unarmed combat, pressure points and arrest and restraint techniques instructor and is a 6th Dan Karate Black Belt and founder and chief instructor of Combat Karate in Noosa, Perth and Sussex, England.
